Within the space of one month starting from 4 June we will see three eclipses, a rare event indeed. This, added to a retrograde motion of three other planets, will definitely bring about changes.

We have already had one lunar eclipse, last week on 5 June. But the big one, the solar eclipse, will be on 21 June. Planetary shifts do have an impact on us. This one is directing us to refocus on our goals and create new plans for the next few months. It will also expedite results from past work that we have done on ourselves. Just keep your emotional balance and be absolutely clear when communicating with others. Communication will be key for the next few weeks.

Also, luckily, we’re now in the time of year when the sun should be out most days so that we can get our daily dose of that all-important vitamin D. Most of the world has spent weeks indoors and that has created a lack of this vitamin in our bodies as shown in a recent hospital study. Vitamin D is essential along with vitamin C to support our immune system, along with zinc and magnesium, so do make sure you get enough.

We’re all inundated these days with messages to stay positive and practice positive thinking, so I’m not going to remind you to do that! But I will emphasize the importance of meditating, practicing or learning healing techniques like Reiki, going for a walk, talking to friends and, if you know any mantras, chanting. Now is also the time to wear your beautiful rudraksha and crystals.
