Hypnotherapy
In a Hypnotherapy session the therapist brings the client into a deep state of relaxation (or trance) similar to what everyone experiences before sleep. In this state people turn to their inner feelings and sensations, while still remaining fully aware of what is happening around them and able to communicate with the therapist if they choose.
Once the client is in a trance at the subconscious level, the therapist will be able to find root causes to problems. Through identifying these causes, the therapist can address issues which have caused bad habits, insomnia, stress or even grief.
Some ways in which Hypnotherapy can you help you:
- manage chronic pain
- improve sleep and stress levels
- break the cycle of bad habits like smoking, overeating and more
- deal with traumatic events
- alleviate anxiety and depression
The number of sessions required for complete treatment will vary from person to person and the therapist will make an assessment after the first session.
The duration of a hypnotherapy session is approximately one hour. The client should avoid caffeine or alcohol before the session.
Cost: $1800 (1 hour)
