It’s almost the end of the year, November already, and what a year it’s been. Full of changes for all. I see a number of you are tired, not sleeping and in need of an energy recharge. Do listen to your body and take rest. Water is necessary. Emotions may be all over the place, sometimes too much energy or listless at other times.
If you already know any form of healing or yoga or meditation, now is the time to do it regularly. We have a variety of things going on this month, with different techniques of energy healing. While everyone has heard of Qigong, you may not have heard of Jin Shin Jyutsu, an equally powerful technique. I learned it last year and am still practising it almost everyday!
David Seto makes a welcome return next week for 10 days of his always popular Internal Qigong healing sessions. He will also be teaching how to use Internal Qigong for your own self healing.
Sunita Teckchand will be with us for a few days offering her 2 day self help certificate course in Jin Shin Jyutsu. She will also be holding individual healing sessions and presenting an Aromatherapy workshop for weight control.
We will be holding Reiki 1 and 3 classes this month as well as my regular Reiki practice evenings.
