Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)

The EFT Discovery Statement says: “The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system. Our unresolved negative emotions are major contributors to most physical pains and diseases.”

EFT has provided thousands with relief from pain, disease and emotional issues and often works where nothing else will. Instead of months or years in conventional “talk therapy,” EFT often does the job cleanly and thoroughly in one or two sessions, and sometimes in moments.

Once you have seen how well EFT clears out emotional debris, you will notice that physical ailments also start to fade.

You can use EFT for just about everything:

  • overcoming phobias such as flying, spiders, public speaking or confined spaces
  • breaking old and unwanted patterns and habits, such as smoking and other addictive behaviours
  • getting rid of physical symptoms of stress, such as headaches, digestive problems, anxiety, panic attacks and more
  • improving emotional issues such as fear, trauma, depression, grief and schizophrenia

EFT is like acupuncture, but without the needles. The practitioner stimulates well established energy meridian points on your body by tapping on them with her fingertips. The process is easy to memorise and you can learn to do it yourself anywhere.

Pervin Clasper

Pervin is a Certified Practitioner (Adv.) in Emotional Freedom Techniques and co-founder of Shakti Healing Circle. She takes a whole person approach to healing and is known for her intuitive awareness of her clients’ needs. This, combined with her compassionate nature, makes her a powerful, effective and empathic healer.

Her early interest in helping and understanding others led her to major in Psychology at university and she extended her interest in this field by obtaining a postgraduate diploma in Psychotherapy. This foundation has been strengthened by extensive studies in spiritual and energy healing philosophies.

Pervin is also a Master Teacher in Traditional Usui Reiki and Certified Master Coach as well as a Master Teacher in Magnified Healing and a Certified Practitioner in Pranic Healing and Tera Mai Seikhem Reiki. Pervin gives Reiki healing sessions and also runs classes in Reiki. She has been featured in a number of publications such as AsiaSpa (as Spa Healer of The Month), South China Morning Post, The List, InMagazine and Inside DB.

Pervin is from India and has lived in Hong Kong since 1990.
