What is unique about this Women’s Circle?
The Women’s Circle is facilitated by Bhakti Wong, a teacher with almost 20 years experience in healing and teaching on energy work, body work and psycho-therapy.
It’s not a yoga or meditation class nor an experience based on any external modality, such as sound healing. It’s not a gathering for out-of-body exercises such as astral travel or galactic journeys.
It takes elements from these and adds psychology and body intelligence, so that you can actively participate in the process of self-awareness. And through that process develop a stronger knowing of yourself, your dreams and fears in order to overcome these fears, anxieties and confusion through a longer term solution. There is very personal element to these circles.
The Circle is for you if you who want to work on what’s underlying your troubles, want to dive deeper into your inner self. Together, we learn practices that bridge our hearts and minds to live a life well-lived.
“There is only one great adventure, and that is inward toward the self.” ~ Henry Miller
Participating in the Circle is a personal commitment to yourself, in a space facilitated by someone with a background in psychotherapy, body movement, breath, and mindfulness – to guide and support you on your own journey inwards.
We start the Circle with an energetic cleanse using palo santo, sage, Reiki, crystals, or light.
As we sit in this sacred space as stillness settles we allow the deeper aspects of ourselves to arise.
We take guidance from above using oracle, tarot, archetypes, crystals, or star seeds and allow the messages to integrate into our current presenting issues.
We close with a guided meditation, prayer or any other form of affirmation.
