Celebrate life today on this auspicious day of Diwali, which means Festival of Lights. It represents victory of light over darkness. And darkness also represents ego, anger, worry, pride, etc. Many of you have been telling me these past few days that you have been feeling down and seem to have a number of small problems. An excellent way to release all of this would be to light a candle, lamp or even incense this evening. Sit in front of the light and imagine it filling your mind and heart. It will work miracles. Happy Diwali.
And to help us celebrate, we have a variety of new workshops coming up, starting today with Master David Seto, Qigong healer and teacher, but for 10 days only. In addition to his individual healing sessions he will be teaching Internal Qigong so that you can use this powerful healing energy by yourself.
Tomorrow Sunita Teckchand joins us for a week, offering individual Jin Shin Jyutsu healing sessions as well as presenting three interesting workshops on reflexology of the hand and the feet and on using aromatherapy to balance the emotions.
On the last day of the month Stefanie Holzer returns for two weeks offering her very popular Deep Tissue Massage and Lymphatic Drainage Massage. The diary is already filling fast.
Julien Willm will be teaching the Yuen Method at basic and advanced levels on the third weekend of the month.
Peter Lloyd, therapist and interfaith minister, presents another of his interesting evening talks based on Process Work: Boarding School – dealing with its impact.
Mark Nelson leads his Shamanic workshop Curse Unravelling.
I will be holding Reiki 2 class this Saturday as well as two regular Reiki practice evenings.
It’s nearly that time of year when we look for something different to give to friends and family and we will be offering our crystals and rudrakasha at reduced prices to help you.
Quote for the day: “On this Diwali, may your inner light grow and bring light to all around.” Sadhguru.
Looking forward to seeing you soon,
Pervin
