There are a number of us experiencing profound changes right now. So often in life, when we are going through change and are determined to shift our energies and move forward, something seems to come along and block our progress, creating imbalance within us. This could be a case of unresolved issues or old and stagnant energy creating limitations in the present moment.
A simple yet powerful way to resolve this is through meditation, visualisation and healing. Another approach, equally powerful, is sound or crystal healing and we have Zeo Sheehan, divine channel and spiritual healer, starting with us next week but for 7 days only. I will be joining the Psych-K workshop the first weekend in June, a powerful and quick method for unblocking old beliefs.
I will be holding my regular Reiki practice evenings and then in July my next Reiki 1 and 2 classes.

This workshop teaches you to work with the directions to add power to your ceremonies. Please bring an eye covering and a notebook and pen. Please also avoid stimulants (other than prescribed medication) before attending the workshop.
