Wishing you and your loved ones a very successful and healthy Year of the Horse. It’s going to be a year of learning, for sure. A number of you have already felt the effects of this year with health scares or past ‘stuff’ coming up, such as people or issues to be dealt with. As confusing as times may seem, stay focused on the future and what you want to attract to you. Deal with present issues in the calmest way possible. And do go for check-ups. In line with one of the Chinese traditions, the easiest way to avoid mishaps all year is to donate blood or go to the dentist for a clean-up!
One very important tip that I give every time that I do energy clearing for homes or offices is to keep the toilet lid down and the toilet door shut. If it isn’t in an ideal place, it will drain your health or wealth. So, the easiest tip is to keep it closed. Also, research from the University of Missouri shows that, when we flush, the spray-filled bacteria can reach up to 20 feet. That means that unless you can run very, very fast as soon as you flush….. It’s best to lower the lid!
There’s a full moon coming up, on Valentine’s Day, so take full advantage of the energy and do something interesting and different. This moon will help you to be more giving and compassionate. Good stuff, yes?
Speaking of good stuff, Stefanie Holzer will be back in less than 3 weeks with her amazing Lymphatic Drainage and Deep Tissue Massage sessions. Places are already going fast.
We are delighted to welcome Cristina Rodenbeck who will be offering Iridology at our centre. Analysing the patterns, colours and other characteristics of the human iris helps to identify issues such as toxin build-up or emotional imprints from the past that can manifest as phy.sical symptoms. I have already got mine done.
Mark Nelson leads two shamanic workshops this month, his regular Journeywork Circle toward the end of the month and Working with the Spirit of your Company this week.
Neil Irwin will be presenting some very interesting Kundalini Yoga classes this month: our regular Full Moon workshop this Saturday and a new 6 week course from 24 February: “The Sat Kriya Challenge: the one exercise that does it all”.
His Gong Meditation every Friday evening has proved very successful, with a number of people reporting significant shifts physically and emotionally from the 20 minute gong bath before the silent meditation.
Ying will also be leading Kundalini Yoga classes and workshops: a Kundalini Meditative Yoga class every Wednesday late afternoon and a Basics of Kundalini Yoga workshop next week.
Julien Willm leads his Yuen Method classes in 10 days: Basic Protocol, Intermediate and Advanced levels.
Peter Lloyd offers another of his Process Work talks, this one on Dreams and the Dreaming Process.
I will be holding a Reiki practice evening this Saturday.
Quote for the day: “The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new.” Socrates
Looking forward to seeing you soon,
