This class is intended for beginners who would like to try Yoga in a gentle environment and a small class. Large classes full of experienced students can be intimidating, but we would like people to at least try Yoga to see the many benefits that Yoga brings: improved breathing, greater strength, enhanced flexibility, and deeper concentration.
In this class you will master basic standing poses, gain experience and confidence in twists, inversions and backbends, and feel more freedom in your body. Breathing techniques to calm the mind are an integral part of the course.
Lorraine holds these classes every Monday morning from 9.30 to 11.
Lorraine leads a Yoga class every Sunday evening that focuses on the Yin energy to bring you maximum relaxation and prepare you for a restful night’s sleep so that you are restoerd to full harmony ready for the week ahead.
This class is held every Sunday evening from 7 to 8.30 pm.
A firm believer in the transformative power of Yoga, she is dedicated to helping her students experience the physical, spiritual and psychological benefits that come from a consistent Yoga practice.
