Kundalini Yoga is extremely potent, combining the traditional yogic tools of posture, breath, mudras, mantras, body locks, and deep relaxation (yoga nidra) into a unique series of yogic kriyas and meditations. These kriyas produce results that would take many years of regular Hatha yoga practice to achieve and with a deeper connection on all levels, not just the physical.

The meditation starts with gentle yoga stretching to relax the spine, together with breathing (pranayama) exercises that lead us gently into meditation. This is a great way to recover from the week and prepare for the weekend.
We offer individual sessions in a wide range of healing therapies including Reiki, EFT, Qigong, Homeopathy, Polarity Therapy, Reflexology, Bowen Therapy, Nutrition, Hypnotherapy, and Ayurveda.
