MONDAYS
Beginner's Yoga 10 week course from 10 October
With: Lorraine McLelland
Time: 9.30 - 11 am
Cost: $2000 for 10 classes (or $3600 for both Monday and Wednesday course)
Suitable for beginners or experienced beginners, this course will improve your breath, strength, flexibility and concentration. You will master basic standing poses, gain experience and confidence in twists, inversions and backbends, and feel more freedom within your body. Breathing techniques to calm the mind are an integral part of the course.
Kundalini Yoga classes
With: Neil Irwin (Nihal Singh)
Time: 6.45 - 8.15 pm
Cost: $150
Kundalini Yoga is extremely potent, combining the traditional yogic tools of posture, breath, mudras, mantras, body locks, and deep relaxation (yoga nidra) into a unique series of yogic kriyas and meditations. These kriyas produce results that would take many years of regular Hatha yoga practice to achieve and with a deeper connection on all levels, not just the physical.
WEDNESDAYS

Qigong classes with Deep Awareness Meditation
With: Master Lawrence Tse
Time: 7 - 8.15 pm
Cost: $220
Suitable for both beginners and advanced students, these classes will be given as a series of 3 sets of qigong exercise, from simple and easy to intermediate and advanced. The movements will be the most practical and effective in qigong for both fitness and health. The session ends with a meditation that will vary from week to week and that is intended to help us to find the quiet space within.
FRIDAYS
Guided Kundalini Meditation
With: Neil Irwin (Nihal Singh)
Time: 7 - 8.30pm
Cost: $150
This guided meditation evening starts with gentle Kundalini Yoga stretching exercises to relax the spine, together with breathing (pranayama) exercises that lead us gently into meditation. This is a great way to recover from the week and prepare for the weekend.
SUNDAYS
Restorative Yoga (from 9 October)
With: Lorraine McLelland
Time: 7.30 - 9 pm
Cost: $200
The primary aim of this Restorative Yoga class is for you to calm your nervous system and enjoy a refreshing sleep afterward. Lorraine will combine yin Yoga with restorative poses to bring the right state of deep relaxation.
We also offer individual sessions in a wide range of healing therapies including Reiki, EFT, Qigong, Homeopathy, Bowen Therapy, Spiritual Response Therapy, and Family Constellations. Distant healing by Pervin Clasper is also available. Please call to arrange an appointment for a session.

SATURDAY 8 OCTOBER
Full Moon Kundalini Yoga workshop: The Warrior Workout
With: Neil irwin
Time: 2 - 6 pm
Cost: $500
This half-day workshop coincides with the full moon in Aries which will provide abundant energy to do some challenging Kundalini sets that will purify, renew and regenerate on all levels. It will be hard to sit still under this full moon and some physically challenging sets will be the perfect way to channel the energy, leaving you feeling refershed and strong. We will journey through a series of kriyas, meditations, mantras and pranayamas to awaken the Fire Element, strengthen the core, and purify all the systems of the body giving you a fresh start on all levels.
