It’s nearly the end of November and what an incredible year it‘s been. We’ve been pushed to grow out of our comfort zone in almost every aspect of our lives and this has helped us in so many ways, though it has been a very stressful and tiring process for many. It has been a little uncomfortable but now we seem to have expanded our limits in some ways. We have grown stronger and we can see that positive changes are already happening.
A number of you, though, are feeling tired through lack of sleep or having vivid dreams. You might like to check your iodine and magnesium levels which are necessary to maintain your energy. Lack of iodine can cause tiredness, lethargy, and other problems. Hyperactivity, muscle cramps, and difficulty sleeping are all signs of low magnesium. But have some tests done first, of course, and do your own research, and keep things in balance.
Another important thing to help you relax the mind and body, of course, is to have a healing massage. In a 2010 study researchers found that massage increased a person’s disease-fighting white blood cells. On that note, Stafanie Holzer will be here from next Monday for a couple of weeks offering her always popular Deep Tissue and Lymphatic Drainage Massage sessions.
If you’re wondering what to get for your loved ones over the coming holiday period, we will be offering all crystals and rudraksha at prices reduced by 10% from today until the break for the holidays. We will also be offering a selection of amazingly beautiful organic handwoven towels from Turkey.
Cristina will lead her Kirtan evening of chanting tomorrow and then starts again from late January.
Mark Nelson holds a Shamanic workshop on Ancestral Healing and his monthly Journeywork Circle.
TJ Hanretta holds the third in her series of Deliberate Creation workshops on Saturday 6 December.
On the same day Neil Irwin presents his Full Moon Kundalini Yoga workshop that will focus on the throat chakra and communication through some neck sets as well as mantras.
Peter Lloyd returns to offer a repeat of his popular Dreams and the Dreaming Process workshop.
Christine Domingo Klitsie leads another Heal at Home class offering CranioSacral techniques.
I will be both Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 classes as well as leading my usual Reiki practice evenings.
Quote for the day: “Oh yes, the past can hurt but, the way I see it, you can either run from it or learn from it.” The Lion King.
Looking forward to seeing you soon,
