In Chinese, Qi is Energy and Gong is Work. Qigong is simply energy work or exercise. As you come to understand it more deeply, you will realise that Qigong is an art, an ancient wisdom, a unique technique for healing and also a powerful energy exercise.

 

All body malfunctions or illnesses are caused by energy blockages and strong energy transmission through Qigong is one of the quickest and most direct ways to restore energy and remove the blockage. Qigong is simple, yet effective and most people find steady improvement in their physical condition through regular practice of Qigong movements.

 

One of the main attractions of Qigong is its soft and gentle movements, making it suitable for everyone, young or old and healthy or sick. These movements clear any emotional blockages and shift our mental perceptions to more positive patterns.

 

People who have stiff joints or other joint problems will find Qigong especially helpful as it quickly increases flexibility of such joints as the neck, shoulders, spine, waist and knees. Qigong also helps in coordinating the brain, nerves, muscles, bones and small body tissues to work together more effectively.

 

Master Lawrence Tse

Master Lawrence Tse has been practising Qigong since he was a teenager and has been teaching Qigong as well as using it to heal for more than 10 years. With a deep understanding of the many aspects of energy, he has taught and led total beginners, both Chinese and Western, to practise Qigong and understand how energy works to enhance personal well-being and to shift life energy to a higher level.

 

In recent years, he has been concentrating on healing people with severe illnesses such as stroke, heart problems and different kinds of cancer with his powerful energy, with astonishing results.

 

He has also given talks and Qigong demonstrations in different centres and organizations about a range of Qigong topics related to healing energy and breathing techniques for health and release of stress.
