We offer individual healing sessions in a wide range of therapies including Reiki, EFT, Touch for Health Kinesiology, Rolfing and Bowen Therapy. Distant healing is also available. Please contact us to arrange an appointment.

Kundalini Yoga classes with Neil Irwin (7.00 - 8.30 pm)

Cost: $150

Tuesday

Svastha Yoga classes with Iris Klein (12.30 - 1.30 pm)

Iris teaches a unique Svastha Yoga active breathing technique that moves the entire spine and brings about strength and flexibility to the whole body.

Cost: $130

Wednesday

Basic Qigong classes with Master Lawrence Tse (6.30 - 7.45 pm)

Suitable for beginners and energy practitioners, the class will introduce new techniques every few weeks, all designed to enhance your health and well-being. Starts again on 14 January.

Cost: $200

Reiki 1 class with Pervin Clasper on Friday 16 January (11.0 am - 5.0 pm)

Reiki is a leading natural energy healing therapy, safe yet powerful. You will learn basic techniques to restore balance in your body, mind and spirit, starting you on the path of personal change and growth. Pervin is a Master Teacher in Usui Reiki and has taught in Hong Kong and India for over 10 years.

CNY Qigong Group Gathering with Lawrence Tse on Saturday 24 January (2.00 - 4.00 pm)

Every Chinese New Year we celebrate and wish good luck and good Energy (Qi) for the coming year. More than just a Chinese tradition, this is more about setting or claiming good Energy for the new year. As an Energy practitioner for many years, Lawrence is convinced of the positive effect of this and invites all Qigong students to come together to celebrate as a group and tap into the powerful group Energy for the coming year. We will also revise all the Qigong and Taiji that we have done before together. You are most welcome to join the group whatever your level.

Reiki 2 class with Pervin Clasper on Friday 23 January (11.0 am - 5.0 pm)

In a Traditional Usui Reiki 2 workshop, three Reiki symbols are handed down to you and it is these symbols that make this workshop substantially more powerful than the Reiki 1 workshop. The symbols allow you to transcend time, distance and space and to send Reiki to people who aren’t present with you; hence it now goes beyond hands-on healing.
